Nottinghamians Rugby Football Club begin their 2018-19 Season in Midlands Division 4 East (North) on Saturday 1st September. They play against Cleethorpes, 3pm kick-off at the ground of Rugby league club Nottingham Outlaws, Lenton Lane, Nottingham NG7 2SA. All supporters welcome!
Rod Exton of 'Hamians writes: "In the warm-up game against North Hykeham we came second and against Long Eaton we came first (not their full first team, but still a good win against a side who have all played representative rugby at Nottingham or NLD age level). Chris Brown, fresh from his American adventures (teacher's holidays) led the ONs, although he is 5 stone heavier at least. The second team/South Notts Barbarians are playing a 10-a-side in advance of the Cleethorpes game. There's plenty of free car parking, a bar, covered stands, food, and if you get bored you can go and look at your next Aston Martin..."
