SUMMARY:Musical Early Doors
DESCRIPTION:There will be a Musical Early Doors on Thursday 30th May. We warmly invite all ONs who enjoy live music to see Me Lost Me\, Never Ending Birthdays and Mollie Ralph at Buonissima Aperitivo Bar NG10 5BG. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJayne Dent\, aka Me Lost Me\, was a nominee for MOJO Magazine Best Folk Album of 2023. She grew up in Chesterfield\, Derbyshire in a family who played folk music. While studying Fine Art at Newcastle University she began composing and performing electronic music. Three 'futuristic folk' albums have followed: Arcana (2018)\, The Good Noise (2020) and RPG (2023). \n\n\n\nIn 2022 Me Lost Me performed live on Radio 3 for the BBC Proms. In 2021 she was Artist in Residence at the Sage\, Gateshead and won a Paul Hamlyn Foundation Artists Award of £25\,000. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJayne has a London date at the beginning of June and has kindly agreed to play an intimate gig in her home county on the way from Newcastle. \n\n\n\nSupport act Never Ending Birthdays is one of the most in-demand musicians in Nottingham and a superb solo performer. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMollie Ralph wowed the sell-out crowd when she played the ONs' Charity Gig in January this year. \n \nBuonissima is a vibrant Italian Aperitivo Bar at 14 Station Road\, Sandiacre NG10 5BG. Food will be available there from 6pm\, the music starts at 8pm\, and the bar will be open until 11pm. \n\n\n\nAdmission is £15 on the night.
