Geoff Bryan, Secretary of ONGS, invites all ON golfers to the Old Nottinghamians' Golfing Society Autumn Meeting to contest the Pentecost and Wild & Wayward Cups

Please note that as this is a combined Autumn Meeting and trophy competition you are welcome to bring along one or more guests. There will be prizes for the leading players, but the trophies will be awarded to ONGS members as follows:
Best Stableford Score (any handicap): The Pentecost Cup.
Best Stableford Score (handicap over 18): The Wild & Wayward Cup
If a high handicap player wins the Pentecost Cup with the overall best score, then the Wild & Wayward Cup will be presented to the next best score by an over 18 handicap player!
Cost: £50 per person (Beeston Fields members £20). This includes 18 holes, a 2-course dinner and prizes. Anyone wishing to eat before playing can order food from the bar
Buggies: a number of buggies are available, if pre-booked. Please call the Pro Shop on 0115 92570621 to reserve one
Dress Code: smart casual dress is acceptable in the clubhouse and dining room, although by tradition most of our members would normally don a jacket and (ONGS) tie for dinner.
Please confirm as soon as possible if you are planning to attend and if you are bringing any guests. If you have a preference for tee time or playing partners, just let me know. In common with most clubs, Beeston Fields Golf Club will require firm numbers a few days before the event, so if you need to cancel, please let me know as early as possible. Late cancellations may result in the Golfing Society being charged and, if this happens, the cost would have to be passed on.
