The Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival

In the week after Goose Fair, Nottingham once again hosts this excellent beer festival in the grounds of the Castle.

All Old Nottinghamians, if attending this event, are invited to join the Old Nottinghamians' Society delegation, led as ever by our leading authority on beer, Robin Fisher.

Tickets must be purchased through the Festival website.  What could possibly go wrong when ONs make their visit on Friday 13th October?

"Just trying to finalise meet place and time for next Friday.  I'm going to call it as, meet in Fothergills from 5.30 with a view to leaving at 6.00 to join the festival.  Iain Hardiker currently has 5 spare tickets he has offered to donate to any ON who hasn't got one already, which is exceptionally kind.  So, if you were considering joining us, why not do so?  If anyone can't make the meet time you might be able to spot me wearing the hat above, or contact me on 07794 071870 to make a rendezvous inside the Castle grounds.  See you next Friday!
