The 125th Society Lunch at Beeston Fields

The Autumn Society Lunch will be held on THURSDAY 21st SEPTEMBER 2017, at Beeston Fields Golf Club.  The bar will open at 12noon and we hope be seated for the two-course meal at 12.45pm.  This will be followed by coffee & mints and the Society announcements.  As always, there will be no speeches, and those guests who have to leave to return to work should be able to do so by 2.00 - 2.15pm.  We have been asked, on this one occasion, to vacate the sun lounge by 2.45pm.  Therefore, please arrive as early as possible so that you will have plenty of time to meet and talk with your fellow ONs.

The cost, including gratuities, is £15.  Please pay at the table either by cash or cheque payable to W M Oldham.  If you have either special dietary requests or difficulty with transport, please let me know and arrangements will be made to help.  Car parking is not a problem, although latecomers may have to use the overflow parking area.

There are already a number of reservations, so please book as soon as possible.  Final numbers have to be given to BFGC by midday on Monday 18th September, but late requests are often accepted.  The Autumn Lunches are very popular, and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the 21st.
