The ONs' Golfing Society provides an opportunity for ON golfers to enjoy not only golf on good courses around the region, but also social fellowship with friends old and new. The annual subscription is only £10 - and free for members under the age of 25. Geoff Bryan, Secretary of ONGS, welcomes all ON golfers to the new season here:
"The first event of 2018 is nearly upon us and this time we are returning to Torksey for the first time since 2007. Please check the following details and let me know as soon as possible if you wish to play.
Old Nottinghamians' Golfing Society Spring Meeting and Brooksby Trophy on Wednesday 18th April 2018
Venue: Lincoln Golf Club, Torksey: Off Station Road, Torksey, Lincoln LN1 2EG. Web Site & Directions: here.
Tee off times: from 1:06pm.
Guests are welcome at this event, so please encourage your friends to join you!
Cost: £55 per person - this includes 18 holes, a 2 course dinner, gratuity and prizes.
If you wish to have something to eat before playing you can order from the bar on arrival.
Buggies: the professional can be contacted on 01427 718721 (option 1) and buggies are available if pre-booked.
Dress code: smart casual dress is acceptable in the clubhouse and dining room, although by tradition most of our members would normally don a jacket and (ONGS) tie for dinner.
Please confirm if you are planning to attend and if you plan to bring any guests. If you have a preference for tee time or playing partners, please also let me know.

I would prefer to collect payment by cheque (payable to ‘ONGS’) or cash on the day.
Please note that in common with most clubs, Lincoln GC will require firm numbers a few days before the event, so if you need to cancel please let me know as early as possible. Late cancellations may result in ONGS being charged and, if this happens, the cost would have to be passed on.
